Delivery Methods

Our goal is to make your online shopping process comfortable and deliver your order without delay.

Standard Delivery – delivery within 24 hours.

Any order placed at our online shop before 15:00 will be delivered within 24 hours, i.e. if you place an order at 13:00, we will deliver it next day before 13:00. If the order is placed after 15:00, the next day will be regarded as the date of its placement. Order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

When paying by credit card, the time of order placement is the time the order was placed at our online shop; in case of bank transfers, the time of order placement is the time when money is transferred to our account or the time the company presents the money transfer receipt.

Standard Delivery is free if your order exceeds 100 GEL.

Express Delivery – same day delivery

We can deliver your order the same day if you place it before 12:00. The express delivery fee for any order is 20.00 GEL.

If you were unable to place your order in time, please,contact us and we will try to provide assistance for you and deliver your order without delay upon request.

Return policy

You have the right not to receive a product which does not match (correspond, concord) a product on the website or a product you have ordered. The accordance of the product published at the web site and a product you purchased must be verified at the moment of the delivery, in front of the representative of our shop.

In case of discrepancy between the ordered and the delivered products, you have the right not to accept the product and not sign the delivery and acceptance certificate. In this case, we will deliver to you a new product or its alternative as soon as possible. If we are unable to deliver a new product to you or replace it with an alternative that will be acceptable to you, the cost of the mentioned product will be reimbursed to you within three days.

The accordance of products is proved by signing the act of delivery and acceptance. If you sign the act of delivery and acceptance, the delivered product will not be returned/modified/reimbursed.
